		<description>I&#039;ve lost nearly 80 pounds on Weight Watchers in the past two years--and I eat right up until the time I go to bed. I guess that&#039;s an individual thing, the not eating after 7. And I drink LOADS of fat free half-and-half. Coffee, which does not keep me awake, is an absolute staple for me. 

I think for me the biggest factor in weight loss has been exercising an hour a day, every day. Latest research shows that those who lose weight and successfully keep it off exercise a total of at least 55 minutes per day. (That doesn&#039;t meant a straight hour, but it can. It can be broken up to a couple or three different periods of real exertion.) 

There&#039;s no one diet for every body. I found after a lot of experimentation that the aspartame in Diet Coke tended to stall my weight loss, so I switched to Diet Rite--sweetened w/Splenda, no caffeine, no sodium--and I like the taste better, too!</description>
