In keeping with my solutions, today I went for a brisk and purposeful 20 minute walk, did 20 minutes of Pilates, and stopped eating before 7pm.
And you know, I probably wouldn’t have done either the walk or Pilates if I hadn’t had that post from yesterday. So, a little accountability is good, very good for me.
Today, I thought a lot about Kath’s Thought of the day. “The rationale behind three meals a day is simple: if you start to eat only three times, you have to stop only three times, and stopping is the problem.” From Fit from Within.
