Back to the gym today. 40 minutes on the eliptical then a quick set of abs and biceps.
At home, I raked the leaves in our backyard for an hour. (dh was so happy)
Dinner was done by 6pm. No dessert. Then a 20 minute walk followed by 20 minutes of yoga.
